Jorge Prado update after Mantova crash

Jorge Prado suffered from a crash at Mantova after passing Romain Febvre for the lead in the Superfinal race.

It wasn’t a huge crash and was quite slow speed but Prado got stuck underneath the bike and it looked like he might have had a leg injury. However, the Spanish talent has revealed that he went to hospital for a check up and there’s no major damage – he just winded himself hitting the handlebars.

“After yesterday’s crash they took me to hospital to make a check up as I hit the handlebar hard and left me without breath. Luckily everything is fine and I’m going back home safe. I will keep training to get ready for the start of the season, thanks for all the messages”, Prado stated on social media.
