After Joel Smets confirmed Jeffrey Herlings’ injury at the end of the year, Herlings himself has shown a picture of the knee surgery!
Smets told us last month: “Jeffrey has an injury but there is still plenty of time before round one. We are confident that he will be behind the start gate in Argentina”.
Herlings said: “2024 was fun, the ending was a bit less but let’s make 2025 an even better year again. 🤟🍾🎉🏆🚀”

Herlings also broke his ribs twice yet still took third in the MXGP World Championship and extended his GP win record. Now the focus is getting fit for the start of the 2025 season to chase that sixth world title.
