It was Greg Aranda who set the pace in the WSX free practice on his GSM Yamaha. Champion bound, Eli Tomac was second fastest with Mitchell Oldenburg third.
Ken Roczen was only ninth fastest on his Pipes Suzuki so he’ll be looking to improve for qualifying.
In SX2, Cullin Park set the pace in free practice ahead of Shane McElrath with Enzo Lopes third fastest.
It’s nice to see the ‘retired’ Phil Nicoletti in action this weekend – he was eighth fastest.
