Sacha Coenen was third fastest just five days after surgery on a broken collarbone as the tough Belgian seeks to keep his MX2 world title hopes alive but it was his closest challenger, Guillem Farres, who is 14 points back quickest with McLellan second.
Jeffrey Herlings was quickest from Tim Gajser in MXGP with Lucas Coenen back in eleventh.
