Florian Miot parts ways with SC Sporthomes Husqvarna

Young French talent, Florian Miot has been with the SC Sporthomes Husqvarna team since the start of the 2021 season focusing on racing in the UK. At the start of this year, Miot also raced the first three AMA National rounds in the 250cc class.

Miot has confirmed that he’s parted ways with the team. It remains to be seen what the future will hold for the young French rider but we believe he could be racing the MX2 World Championship.

“A good end between the SC Sporthomes Husqvarna and me. I wanted to thank the entire team and all the people who were there for me during these wonderful 2 years. Thank you very much”, Miot stated on social media.

“Joining at the start of the 2021 season we have had Florian Miot represent our team in the 250 class on board the Husqvarna FC250. Unfortunately he will no longer be riding for the team. After not getting the results we’d hope for this season a decision was made that Florian would leave the team and this comes with immediate effect, which means he will not be under the SC sporthomes awning at the next British round at FatCat. We are looking for a replacement rider for this and will announce this in due course.
We want to thank Florian for the past 2 years and remember all the great times we had as a team and wish him the best of luck for the future”, SC Sporthomes Husqvarna confirmed.
