Fantic have announced that they have parted ways with MXGP rookie, Roan van de Moosdijk.
The Dutch talent actually only had one race with the team which was Hawkstone International and that race didn’t go to plan after twisting his knee.
Fantic at the moment will be down to just one rider – Glenn Coldenhoff.
It will also be interesting to see what the future holds for van de Moosdijk as it will be his rookie year in MXGP – he will hope to secure another ride.
Fantic posted the following statement:
“Fantic Factory Racing MXGP and Roan van de Moosdijk reached a mutual agreement to part ways with immediate effect.
The carefully considered decision will allow Fantic and the team to focus their significant efforts on the remainder of the season while also permitting van de Moosdijk to find his way to exploit his full potential. Fantic wishes Roan the best for his future”.
