De Wolf on the difference in American & MXGP riding style – revs!

Kay de Wolf, who put 209 hours on a pit bike growing up in just six weeks, said he could hear the difference in American and GP riders while he was testing supercross. While the Americans were revving and clutching, De Wolf said he, and Vialle, used less revs and clutch believing it goes back to growing up in Europe.

De Wolf said on Gypsy Tales: ” I think the biggest difference is the revving. You see Tom Vialle riding and think, he’s slow, then you see the lap times, and he’s a second faster! He got that back from Europe I think.”
