Brian Bogers’ weekend took a U-turn after he rode great in the qualifying race even leading a few laps on the Fantic and finishing fourth in a great ride, but, in moto one on Sunday, the Dutchman got out of shape in bumps and went airborne into the ditch over a jump without his machine – and was winding down the windows similar to Reed back in Millville!
Bogers did not race moto two, but GoPro got the footage as you can seen below, and said on social media that Brian “was okay and we wish him a speedy recovery.”

Update: Brian Bogers withdrew from race 2 in Sweden due to a stiff neck after a nasty get off in the first moto, but he is already looking ahead.
“I had a really good Saturday, but unfortunately, Sunday couldn’t have gone much worse. I didn’t finish the first race, and I decided not to line up for race 2 after the sighting lap. The good news is that I am actually pain-free, I am just dealing with a really stiff neck. Other than that, I am completely fine. I just need to rest up a bit so I can go full throttle again next weekend”, Bogers stated.
