Larissa Papenmeier has plenty of experience when it comes to WMX racing – she has been racing the series from the very start and she will go again in 2025. It isn’t getting any easier but she clearly still loves racing and it’s great to see her lining up while she can.
This year she made the switch to Honda machinery and finished sixth overall in the WMX championship. She had the dream weekend in Germany going 4-1 to take the overall win in front of her home crowd. An amazing weekend for her and everyone in her corner.
“Once addicted to the sport, is always addicted. I will race again in 2025 because the team and myself have fun doing it. The sponsors keep on supporting me and that was also a point to go for another year”, Papenmeier told GateDrop.com.Â
