Arsago Seprio is ready to fire up the engines once again for a new edition of Fast Cross, promising an unmissable weekend for fans, packed with new features and exciting racing. The first major change is the move from the “by Night” format to a daytime event, meaning the race will now take place over two days, on the weekend of October 10/11. The stars of international motocross will take centre stage, ready to battle it out at one of the most eagerly anticipated events of the entire racing season.
Saturday will begin with free practice sessions in the morning, while the first “1VS1” races for the Mini classes will take place in the afternoon. These will be followed by the highly anticipated Super Pole for the big names before the day concludes with the Last Chance Qualifier.
The engines will fire back into life the following day, with a whirlwind of races and high-adrenaline action. Following the morning warm-ups, it will be time for the Triple Crown, which replaces the traditional single race with three consecutive Main Events. The Mini Fast 85 class will be up first, followed by the 125s and then the PRO riders in the OPEN class (450 and 250).
The latter will return to the track at 11:50, when the first Triple Crown will get underway, while the opening ceremony will take place at 14:00. Sunday will be packed with spectacular moments, including the unmissable “1VS1 OMEC FAST CHALLENGE” for the premier class, scheduled for 14:20. This will be followed by the final Mini race before the Triple Crown Main Event at 16:30, which will crown the new King of Fast Cross.
The entry list of champions is worthy of a World Championship, with a host of international stars lining up behind the starting gate. The biggest names are Jeffrey Herlings and Cooper Webb, both reference points on either side of the Atlantic and eager to create a memorable battle between European and American motocross.
The Dutchman recently secured the MXGP World Championship after an outstanding season, taking his tally to six world titles, and he will be looking to confirm his status as the dominant force on Italian soil as well.
The American, a three-time 450 Supercross champion and captain of the USA team for this year’s Motocross of Nations, finished third in the 2026 Indoor Championship and will be looking to end the season with a prestigious victory.
The competition will nevertheless be of the highest calibre and will include Frenchman Tom Vialle, fourth overall in the MXGP World Championship, as well as a two-time MX2 World Champion and two-time 250 East Coast Supercross champion.
The French contingent will also include Cedric Soubeyras, winner of the 2024 Fast Cross, who will be looking to shine once again on a circuit that suits him particularly well.
Italian honours will be carried by Andrea Adamo. After putting the MX2 World Championship in his trophy cabinet in 2023, the Sicilian rider made his debut in the premier class this year and secured an impressive fifth-place finish in the final standings, establishing himself as one of the leading riders in the 450 class.
The Italian contingent will also include Alberto Forato and Mattia Guadagnini, who, despite suffering a few injuries during the season, have confirmed that they do not want to miss the event.
Also worth highlighting is the participation of Belgian Liam Everts, fourth in the MX2 World Championship, who will attempt to follow in the footsteps of his father Stefan, who won at Arsago Seprio twice, in 1993 and 1999.
Slovenian Jan Pancar, the 2026 Italian Pro Prestige MX1 Champion, will also be present, as will the Maddii Racing Honda – ABF Italia team, which will field its full trio, with Nicolò Alvisi and Maxime Grau ready to give their rivals a tough challenge.
There will also be plenty of space for the young talents of the MXJ85 and MXJ125 classes, who will return to action to put on an exciting show under the watchful eyes of the World Championship stars.
These talented youngsters will have access to the same format as the top riders, giving them an additional incentive to make their mark. Keep an eye on brothers Edoardo and Pietro Riganti, who have already enjoyed success in these categories during the 2023/2024 period and will be looking to charge back to the top step of the podium.
The circuit will be completely revamped and prepared to ensure the racing is even more exciting from the very first start. There will be a new starting gate, which will accommodate the full field of 30 riders and will be positioned in the upper section of the venue.
The whoops have been replaced by a section of double jumps featuring double lines, while a long 90-metre straight featuring spectacular waves will complete the 1,300-metre Arsago Seprio circuit known as “FAST CROSS.”
However, the show will not be limited to the track. Various sessions dedicated to “Public Meetings” will take place throughout the weekend at Meet & Green. These will include autograph sessions, giving fans the opportunity to meet the stars taking part in the event up close.
Freestyle will also return, with a dedicated area for spectacular demonstrations from some of the best riders in the discipline. Their incredible tricks and aerial manoeuvres will help make the atmosphere even more electric.
The entire weekend will be rounded off by live music, providing the perfect soundtrack to every stage of the event.
