Swedish rider, Anton Gole has plenty of MXGP experience but after an injury we haven’t seen him in the paddock for a while as he’s been focusing on racing in Sweden.
However, he has revealed that he’s heading to America to race some rounds of the AMA Nationals in the 450cc class later this season. With the field depleted due to injuries, it’s not quite as strong as usual and Gole obviously thinks he can be competitive. The Swede will race with a privateer Husqvarna setup.
He won’t be the only Swede racing the series with Fredrik Noren also racing the series and being a top ten rider.
Gole plans to race five rounds of the series – Southwick, Spring Creek, Washougal, Unadilla and Budds Creek if all goes to plan.
