Anstie on his first ever 450 main event – was a dream!
Max Anstie has spoken of his delight and fulfilment of a childhood dream when he qualified for the first 450 main of his career in his first attempt – despite not much preparation. It was a steady and impressive debut for Anstie under the circumstances free of mistakes and a great building ground for the future.
“Nice to be under the lights racing my first ever 450SX event,” said Anstie on social media. “Was a dream to ride in to the stadium with the best supercross riders in the world. I came in to this race without much preparation time so to leave with some points on the board and laps under my belt was all I could ask for. Myself and the team will get to work and make progress and I’m looking forward to Daytona in 2 weeks!”
