Haiden Deegan has reiterated his desire to learn from his experienced 450 rivals today on his 450 debut at WSX in Argentina – and he hasn’t yet confirmed he will race a 450 at Anaheim one despite fans around the world are hoping he will!
Deegan told Lewis Phillips: “Uh, I don’t know, I don’t know. We got some time to think about that one. But as of now, it’s 250.”
But Deegan also said he feels good on the 450 despite not having much time on it due to his collarbone injury. “I’m in a really good spot right now how fast I’ve been on the bike and, to be honest, it’s like I’ve not had many days to get ready or even train. I mean, I really just started training a couple weeks ago because I saw to let my shoulder heal. It still is a little sore. So we’re quick into it and we’re just gonna go for it.”
His performance and results tonight and in Australia may go a long way to dictating if the world will get to see Deegan step up to take on Jett Lawrence and rest at A1.
