Race One: Hunter Lawrence bounced back from his DNF last weekend to win the opening moto and Budds Creek over a charging Haiden Deegan with Jorge Prado 60 seconds back in third, the Spaniard saying he made some bike changes that didn’t work in moto one.
Eli Tomac was fourth as he keeps improving with Jett coming back from a bad start outside the top 20 all the way to fifth but Hunter took some important points back in the championship.

Race Two: Hunter Lawrence took the win again in moto two with the holeshot but Jorge Prado was much better in race two and stayed with Hunter for most of the moto byt lost time again amongst the backmarkers and that allowed Jett, who started eighth, to catch Prado in the last five minutes and make the pass on the last lap with a backmarker getting in the middle of the battle after ignoring the blue flag

Haiden Deegan started just in front of Jett but couldn’t follow the Aussie through with Deegan finally passing Haarup for fourth late in the moto but 40 seconds back of the leader.
Hunter now leads the championship by one point over Jett heading into the final round!
