Race One: Levi Kitchen ran down race-long leader, Seth Hammaker, to make the pass for the win with two laps to go with Shimoda third despite a crash, Romano impressive again in fourth and Mosiman fifth with Davies coming from 20th to sixth. Sacha Coenen crashed on lap one then again early in the race to come from 30th to 14th.

Sacha Coenen got the holeshot as Hammaker and Kitchen went down in turn one! Coenen pulled away for the win as America got to see the full effect of talented Belgian twins. Jo Shimoda worked his way into second to seal the overall. Levi Kitchen got back to eighth with Hammaker climbing back to 12th. Both Pro Circuit Kawasaki riders share the points lead with Shimoda just six behind!
