In the first race, Gyan Doensen dominated in difficult and rough conditions. Dani Heitink rode well for second ahead of Fantic’s Douwe van Mechgelen. Cole McCullough worked his way into fifth before a problem on lap two resulting in a DNF. Lewis Spratt secured his first points with an eighteenth place finish.
The second race, Doensen won yet again as Bervoets rode great to pass Gregoire for an impressive second on his MJC Yamaha. Bartlett had a good ride to finish fifth behind Ozolins. McCullough was involved in a start crash which resulted in a DNF – a day to forget.
