The final triple crown of the year will take place in St. Louis tomorrow night but despite a roof, the dirt is still soft and creating lots of ruts – the name of the game for supercross in 2024! Hear from the riders and see some action below:
Lewis Phillips caught up with a range of riders, including Jett Lawrence, who said the biggest thing he has had to cope with racing a full 450 supercross season has the been the three hour time change!
Jett said: “The biggest thing is the time change, I think all riders deal with that, especially if you live on the east coast. It’s a difficult change, it’s only three hours but the three hours is a big difference. Mentally we are good, body wise we are good but trying to get that sleep pattern is a big key.”
