An always honest Chase Sexton didn’t hold back when he was asked about James Stewart’s comments at Southwick. Stewart said he should tuck the front wheel (to give him an excuse as to why Jett was pulling away).
Both Stewart and Carmichael had been pretty vocal in supercross about Sexton’s mistakes, but it was Chase who ultimately became the supercross champ for 2022.
Sexton, who used to be coached by Stewart, simply said he hadn’t heard what James said, before adding: “I’m not into it. He crashed enough in his time.”
