For the second weekend in a row Jeffrey Herlings tagged the back of a slower rider and ended up hitting the deck after a wayward backmarker erroneously went across Herlings line and looked to have ended the dutch riders charge for the lead against Jorge Prado.

But no-one told Jeffrey Herlings a 15 second gap is too much with 10 minutes plus two laps to go as Herlings set the fastest lap of the race on lap 12 to catch Prado all over again to take an unbelievable win – a smiling Prado even went over to Herlings in the TV interview compound to give him a five such was his respect for the Bullet’s performance!
