Guillem Farres made the pass on Simon Längenfelder for the lead coming out of turn one only to crash in turn two! Farres then got going again at the back of the pack only to land on a stricken machine on a tabletop and go down hard forcing a DNF.
Farres had a 47 point lead coming into this weekend over Sacha Coenen and it remains to be seen if he can race tomorrow.
