Rumour: Marc-Antoine Rossi to be an MX2 full factory rider in 2024?

Despite being an EMX250 rookie this year, Marc-Antoine Rossi has been somewhat of a revelation in the EMX250 class after signing with the VRT KTM Juniors team. He might have only finished seventh in the championship but he unfortunately missed three rounds through injury otherwise he’d have been battling for the top three.

Rossi also made his MX2 GP debut at his home GP in France at the very technical track of Villars sous Ecot and immediately looked comfortable in the class with his fast and flowing style finishing seventh overall – not bad for his GP debut.

For 2024, we believe that Rossi will be a full factory rider under the Factory de Carli GasGas awning which will see him under the awning with MXGP World Champion, Jorge Prado and one of the MX2 favourites heading into 2024, Simon Längenfelder. Two very good team mates to have and Rossi will be looking to learn as much as possible from them.

It was Rossi’s breakout year and he’ll be looking to improve even more in 2024 to run at the sharp end of the MX2 World Championship. The French talent is certainly one to keep an eye on as he has bags of talent and an exciting style.
