Results: MX2 qualifying race British GP

Simon Laengenfelder took the win and looked superb doing so but for a lap it was the Coenen brothers 1 and 2! Sacha holeshot with Lucas moving into second before crashing looking to pass his brother! Once Laegenfelder took the lead a lap later, Sacha held strong in second until five minutes ot go when, after a no-holds barred battle with new world champ and teammate, Andrea Adamo, Coened dropped to third and his fighting spirit induced a frustrated arm wave and look back from Adamo! With Geerts and Van de Moosdijk right there too, Coenen would drop to fifht in ther last couple of laps but it was still a great ride for the diminutive Belgian, it’s hard to believe he can go that pace at that stature, watch out world if he grows!

Kay de Wolf made a last lap pass oN EMX250 champ Bonacorsi for sixth but the Italian held off Benistant and Everts in a great ride with Chamber top ten at his kind of home GP for Dixon Kawasaki.
