Things turned around big time in race two with Jason Anderson passing early leader Cooper Webb to run away and hide out front to take a brilliant win – after lining up beside Jett Lawrence. Lawrence started top ten and worked his way into third ahead of Aaron Plessinger but he was risking it in the whoops!

Chase Sexton and Eli Tomac were in the middle of an amazingly intense 6 rider battle involving Prado, Hunter Lawrence, Roczen and Barcia for sixth with Sexton ultimately going down taking 11th and Prado hanging in well for 8th.

Moto three

Yet another different race as Eli Tomac got out front and Jason Anderson went down on the first lap!

It was Tomac leading from Sexton and Lawrence and the battle many expected but Tomac took off and Sexton let Lawrence by as Anderson started his charge through the field.

All the while, it was Cooper Webb in fifth who had the overall win but Anderson was charging and got within sight of Webb with Justin Cooper in between. Then on the last lap Lawrence went down and cost himself the points lead and the podium as Tomac took the heat win and Webb, who wasn’t feeling well all day, the overall win!

After the race Anderson then got demoted a place as a penalty by the AMA dropping him off the overall podium to fourth!
