Race One: It was the fast Saku Mansikkamäki who grabbed the holeshot with Mads Fredsoe battling him at the very front. Meanwhile, Nicolai Skovbjerg was outside the top ten but charged his way through the field to take another impressive race win in what was his first moto on his 67 Husqvarna.
Race Two: It was another race win for Skovbjerg with Fredsoe improving to finish second ahead of Mansikkamäki.
Race Three: Something we aren’t used to seeing that often – after the first corner, Skovbjerg was in the lead. After a battle with Owens he was able to pull away to take a comfortable race win – Owens had his best ride of the day in second.
