Ken Roczen is on pole in Argentina after setting the fastest lap time in SX1 qualifying.
Justin Cooper was second fastest with Joey Savatgy third and Jason Anderson fourth.
Experienced French rider, Gregory Aranda rounded out the top five – Haiden Deegan was seventh.
In the qualifying, it was Max Anstie quickest again in SX2 – this time from Cole Thompson.
Enzo Lopes was third fastest with Cullin Park fourth and Michael Hicks rounding out the top five.
Shane McElrath was only eighth fastest so it’s not the ideal start to his night.
