During the first round of the Ulster Championship taking place at St. John’s Point it was Glenn McCormick who set the pace over a second and a half faster than Jason Meara.
Martin Barr was third fastest on his Apico Honda despite his big crash last weekend.
Stuart Edmonds was fourth quickest on his Italian TM.
Niall Cregan was best of the rest setting the fifth fastest time with Nathan Green sixth.
It’s nice to see the best riders in the country turn up for the opening round of the series.
