During the Crisolles International qualifying session it was Kevin Strijbos who grabbed pole position on his Gebben Van Venrooy Yamaha. The Belgian just edged out Jeremy Seewer on his Factory Yamaha with MX2 Factory riders Maxime Renaux and Thibault Benistant right on the pace on their 250cc machinery.
