Ken Roczen, unbelievably, said he wishes he wasn’t fastest in qualifying at Indy – but he was!
Amazingly, Roczen, Stewart and Sexton were all on the same tenth of a second with Copper Webb only two tenths back despite a crash crash in the whoops and leaving the session early, but no injury concerns.

Roczen also added that because of his huge 2017 crash he is almost too careful on take-offs but on rutted tracks like this it might just be a benefit!
