Cooper Webb threw away the heat race win after going down in the sand making his his second crash of the day – surprising given that Webb is usually the guy that doesn’t make the silly mistakes.
Webb, who also crashed in his heat last week, came back to fourth place but it will impact the choice of gate he has in the main event, and that could be key for that all important start, Webb has left the door ajar for Roczen and Sexton.
