MXA got some nice footage of Jorge Prado looking comfortable on the 450 Kawasaki outdoors as the reigning MXGP world champ gets ready for his first AMA outdoor season but has only had one month to learn the new bike after his shoulder injury.
With a one day format and only two 15 minute qualifying sessions to learn the tracks and get the bike set-up there are a lot of changes for Prado this summer… but if he can show his MXGP speed from last year don’t rule him out of title contention but it’s a year of heavy hitters with Sexton, plus the returning Tomac and the Lawrence brothers back behind the gate.
The racing could be all time.
