Gabriel Motocross secured a crucial podium spot on its first big race of the season and round one of the Motocross GB Championship just over a week ago.

John Adamson came 3rd overall in the MX2 category and Liam Knight placed 8th in MX1. The news comes after the team announced 2021 would be its best year yet, having completed a programme of intense pre-season training, which included riding, rowing and running at Gabriel Motocross’ dedicated training centre in Spain.

Commenting on his performance, John said, “I’m so happy to give something back to everyone that has helped me over the last few years. Simon Gabriel, our Team Manager, created an incredible programme for us and the results speak for themselves. Bring on the rest of the season.”

Commenting on expectations for the season ahead, Team Manager Simon Gabriel said, “I am so proud of our riders’ talent, focus and determination. Despite several race cancellations and a pause on training in the height of the nationwide lockdown last year, the Gabriel Motocross team sped to victory in last season’s final event and I have no doubt they’ll perform even better this year. I can’t wait for our fans to see it.”
