Official: SM Action Racing to remain in the sport after departing MXGP paddock


After many years in the MXGP paddock, the SM Action Racing team have confirmed they will be staying in the sport. The team have been with a number of brands but most recently they Fantic machinery in the MX2 World Championship.

The team have a fresh challenge for the 2025 season as they have joined forces with FRT Motorsport that run Kawasaki machinery.

The two riders under the awning will be Lorenzo Camporese and Nicholas Lapucci who has plenty of experience. The focus will be on the Italian Championships.
