Official: Kevin Brumann inks deal with MX-Handel Husqvarna Racing for 2025

There will be a new team taking on the MXGP World Championship in 2025 as MX-Handel Husqvarna Racing who have contested EMX events and in the ADAC MX Masters, will step up to compete in the entire MXGP World Championship next year.

The team have signed up Swiss talent, Kevin Brumann who will be under the awning in 2025 to contest all twenty rounds of MXGP.

The team broke the news via the following press release:

Kevin Brumann is joining the MX-Handel team, which will now also appear under the new name MX-Handel Husqvarna Racing and will now be part of the official MXGP paddock.

The MX-Handel Husqvarna Racing team is pleased to sign the Swiss Motocross rider Kevin Brumann for the coming season. Brumann will compete in the full MXGP season, including the overseas races and the ADAC MX Masters, and brings experience and ambition to the team.

“We are thrilled to have Kevin on the team and will work hard to support him as best as possible,” says team owner Matthias Kiok. The team can also announce another new addition, Daniel Zollinger, who will take over the position of team manager for the MXGP races. Brumann himself is looking forward to the new challenge:
