Belgium have announced their MXoN team that will head to Matterley Basin in October and it’s a very young squad that will race for the country.
All three riders are currently racing the MX2 World Championship so two of them will step up and race the bigger bike.
Sacha Coenen has been selected in MX2 with his brother, Lucas in MXGP and Liam Everts in the open class.
It’s a young but a fast team although it is a shame Jago Geerts’ rookie MXGP season hasn’t gone according to plan.
Belgium revealed the team via social media:
This is Team Belgium. Our youngest team yet with Sacha Coenen in the MX2, Lucas Coenen in the MXGP and Liam Everts in the MX Open class!
We are ready to take on the world’s best riders in Matterley Basin on 5-6 October.
