Race One: A red flag ended the race five minutes early but it was Charlie Heyman who took the win with a great ride as he lead from the front and only Braceras could stay with him but Heyman held strong for the win. Tommy Searle had a nightmare race with a crash on lap one and had to come from dead last to 19th but ended up 24th after the results went back a lap due to the red flag.
Race Two: Charlie Heyman rode the perfect race again to lead from start to finish over Tommy Searle with Heyman holding off a last lap charge from Searle to ensure a perfect 1-1 day. Billy Askew had pressured Searle for a long time but couldn’t find a way past and took third.
Heyman said things just clicked today and he lost his rear brake halfway through race two!
