Jeffrey Herlings got into the lead quickly in the opening race but for the first minutes Conrad Mewse rode well and was able to stick with him. However, after that, Herlings pulled away and won with a gap of thirty seconds.
In the race for third, Martin Barr was holding the position early in the race before Tristan Purdon passed him but fourth is still a great ride. Brad Todd also had a good race rounding out the top five.
Josh Gilbert had to come back from dead last but managed to get back to eighth. Jason Meara didn’t the best of starts and had worked his way into eighth before a mistake but he could charge back to tenth. Stuart Edmonds ended up fourteenth.
It was much of the same for Herlings in race two as he was leading on the first lap and pulled away from the rest of the field. Mewse was again strong for second with Gilbert getting a better start this time to finish third.
James Carpenter had a strong ride for fourth with Barr edging out Meara for sixth.
