Conrad Mewse has described today’s shoulder injury at Canada Heights in the British championship as, “a small setback,” after the very fast but unlucky Brit scored zero points on the day with Isak Gifting winning the overall and now back in title contention after missing the previous round to race in Maggiora.
Mewse, who added, “we will be back soon,” had also been linked with a fill in ride in MXGP but that will also now be on hold – hopefully Mewse can be back sooner rather than later in what is a big year for his future career at world level.
