Unfortunately Justin Cooper won’t be back for SMX with the Star Yamaha rider not quite ready to return to racing yet after a tough summer since his huge crash at Hangtown.
Cooper said: “Bummed to sit out the playoffs is an understatement, but sometimes the right decisions are the hardest. Simply don’t have the prep time needed to go racing at the front. One thing is for sure, this reset has me hungry to come back swinging 😎”
Stat Yamaha still have Cooper Webb and Haiden Deegan lining up in what will be Webb’s last three races for the team.and Deegan’s last three races with his mechanic Brent Duffe – both will be motivated to win
