Ireland to send a team to the 2024 Junior World Championship

MRA Ireland are absolutely delighted to confirm the MCUI MX Commission have agreed for the first time to send a team to the Junior World Championship this coming July. Individuals have previously attended.

The 2024 FIM Junior Motocross World Championship, will be held at the Circuit Kamperweg Heerde In the Netherlands, on the 13th & 14th July 2024.

The venue is a superbly professional and permanent facility in the centre of the country, 118 KM from Schipol Airport and 136km from Eindhoven Airport. The Heerde circuit is 50 KM North of the MXGP circuit of Arnhem.

In 2008 Jeffrey Herlings was crowned 85cc World champion in Heerde. This event is a great stepping stone for future MXGP world champions.

The MCUI are putting a plan together to send a Team to represent Ireland in the 2024 event. The MX commission along with the 2024 team manager Richard McKeown are in the process of rider consideration!
