Injury update: Conrad Mewse

Conrad Mewse didn’t turn up to the opening round of the Arenacross Tour series and it’s now been revealed he has picked up a shoulder injury.

The Brit didn’t even crash but has damaged ligaments in his shoulder on the run up to the event. The good news is that he is hoping to return at round two of the series.

The injury shouldn’t harm his preparation for the outdoor season too much.

The Crendon Tru7 Honda Racing team posted the following update:

“Conrad Mewse is sadly absent from tonight’s Arenacross World Tour opener after he damaged ligaments in his shoulder in testing in the run up to the event. He didn’t crash but had a heavy landing. He’s aiming to ride at the next round in Wembley”.

“His team team mate Jamie Carpenter #184 JC184 is riding and testing hard prior to the outdoor season. He’ll make his race debut at the Hawkstone International MX on February 9”.
