It looks like Haiden Deegan is going to be in for team USA with Michael Lindsay mentioning he could be team captain on Friday ahead of Unadilla and Lewis Phillips tweeting today that the team, which will be announced at Ironman in less than two weeks is looking like Deegan, Cooper and Kitchen as things stand.
Lewis wrote: “I’d bet money on Team USA being Haiden Deegan, Levi Kitchen and Justin Cooper… Not decided yet, but seems to be trending that way.”
