Confirmed: Tom Koch parts ways with Kosak KTM

After four years with German team, Kosak KTM, Tom Koch has announced he’ll leave the team heading into the 2025 season.

There’s no doubt that Koch improved a lot during his time with the team posting some top 10 MXGP results as well as representing Germany at the MXoN.

However, for 2025 the German will have a new challenge. We’ll have more news on his future soon.

Kosak KTM will still be in the MXGP paddock with Bradley Mesters (EMX250) and Roan van de Moosdijk (MXGP) under the awning for the 2025 season.

Koch posted the news on social media:.

Here are some insights into my last 4 years with the KTM Kosak Racing Team.

We all can say I think that we have developed together piece by piece in everything and have moved further and further forward.

Podiums and wins at the ADAC MX Masters,  the final standings can definitely be seen. Top 10 results in an extremely strong MXGP class and simply many awesome, but at the same time also professional times we experienced together, for which I am more than grateful!

Now to the facts: I will be leaving the KTM Koaak Racing Team.

A big thanks to the entire team who always gave their all, Marc and his whole crew Ors Suspension & Charly, Stefan Goedderz for your loving mechanic hands!

Why, why & why you will soon find out.

Wishing the team all the best for the coming year and a successful season. See you at the track.
