They all almost made it to A1 but unfortunately for Colt Nichols and Beta the WSX moto winner won’t be racing for a few weeks after a crash.
Vital MX reported: “We almost made it to A1 without a major injury in the 450 class. 😠@_coltnichols will sadly miss the beginning of the season aboard his new Beta due to a rotator cuff injury. In the meantime, @johnshort43 will fill-in and run the #199 aboard the new machine alongside Benny Bloss.”
Colt Nichols has confirmed the injury:
I’m very disappointed to not be lining up this weekend for the season opener at A1. Not sure on a timetable for return as I’m week to week and day to day but as soon as I know I’ll update.
