Jeffrey Herlings was the fastest man on track in Cozar at times during the qualifying race as he reeled in Jorge Prado – but then nearly threw it away on the slick circuit!
Herlings then caught Prado again at the end of the moto, but instead of trying to pass, he pulled a wheelie on the last lap going down the pit straight! Herlings knows he has the speed this weekend, let’s hope he survives any close calls today and can be on the gate against Jett Lawrence and Eli Tomac next weekend with the speed and starts to battle up front with Jett and the rest – that’s what the fans really want to see!
