Jere Haavisto dominated the moto but Finland didn’t get into the A main as it was Slovakia that put together the best two results to get into the main events.
Ireland were sixth overall with Lennox Dickinson 11th on his MXoN debut after being top ten for most of the race. Glenn McCormick came through the pack on the 250 to get 14th and was as high as 12th and back in his standard career-long battle with teammate Jason Meara for the second half of the race. Meara then jumped off the track while in 12th on the last lap and ended up behind his buddy, Glenn in 15th.
