Taylor Hammal’s plans for the 2027 season have now been confirmed, with the British rider signing a deal with UK-based SevenSeven2 Ride Kawasaki.
Hammal has spent recent seasons racing with DRT Kawasaki under the guidance of team owner Steve Dixon, but for 2027 he will remain with Kawasaki while making the move to a new team.
The main focus for Hammal next season will be the MXGB MX1 British Championship, where he will look to continue his progression and challenge at the sharp end of the class.
Alongside his British Championship campaign, Hammal is also set to contest five rounds of the MXGP World Championship. The opportunity to race on the world stage should provide the young Brit with valuable experience and give him the chance to continue developing against some of the best riders in the world.
With a full British Championship campaign combined with selected MXGP rounds, 2027 promises to be an important season for Hammal as he looks to take another step forward in his career.
