Haiden Deegan had the best ride of his 450 career, pressuring Jett Lawrence for the lead before two crashes saw him take fourth place.
But then, one of the lines he was using to make up time was deemed cutting the track and Deegan got docked seven positions putting him down to 11th!
Jorge Prado got docked two positions to fifth for taking the same line Deegan did twice while Hunter lost one spot to fourth for doing it once.
