Official: Jeremy Seewer and Ducati part ways

It has been a very tough season for Jeremy Seewer not riding at the level we know he is capable of. Ducati have now confirmed they have parted ways with the Swiss talent – with immediate effect.

It remains to be seen what the future will hold for the very talented rider – but fingers crossed he gets a new challenge soon.

Ducati still have Andrea Bonacorsi and Calvin Vlaanderen under the awning to focus on the MXGP World Championship.

The following press release confirmed the news:

Ducati and Jeremy Seewer announce that they have mutually agreed to end the collaboration between the Swiss rider and the Red Bull Factory MXGP Team, with immediate effect.

Ducati’s factory team in the MXGP World Championship will continue its 2026 campaign with Andrea Bonacorsi and Calvin Vlaanderen, starting from the German Grand Prix at Teutschenthal, scheduled for May 30–31.

Ducati would like to thank Jeremy, with whom the Italian manufacturer achieved two podium finishes in 2025, taking third place at Frauenfeld (Switzerland) and Ernée (France), and wishes him all the best for the continuation of his career.
