Just as it looked like he was about to take second to Jorge Prado in the heat race with one turn to go, Aaron Plessinger came up short on a big double and landed without his KTM!
Somehow he got up and rode across the line in eighth, enough to qualify directly to the main event but he has to be sore after that hit and was headed back to the pits in the mule.
After getting checked out in the medical centre AP said: “It was a hell of a crash. I am glad I am not hurt. We will be back for the main.”
