Lucas Coenen went from third to first in two corners and said after the race it was a move that showed who’s boss as the blindingly fast teenager went 1-1 in Italy in the first race of the European season and his first race with the number five!
Gajser took second overall in his Yamaha debut admitting he got arm pump and rode tight in moto one and, despite riding ‘more free’ in moto two he didn’t have raw pace of teenage star, Lucas Coenen.
